Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
All orders received will be dispatched up to 3 business days after processing the order for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Do you offer international shipping?
At this stage we only offer shipping to Australian and New Zealand addresses. We are currently working on setting up international shipping so the whole world can enjoy our amazing cleaner Sudd.
What is your return policy?
We introduced our 30-day money-back guarantee because we want all of our customers to be happy and love our product, making our customers happy is our number one priority. If you have purchased our products from the Website, we'll happily give you a full refund if you're not satisfied.
We ask that you use the product for at least 30 days and contact customer service at hello@sudd.com.au if you are having difficulties or have any queries on how to best use the product. If you're still not satisfied, we'll process your full refund to the payment method originally used. We ask that you return any unused product to us via registered post (at your cost) so we can recycle and safely dispose of the returned goods as appropriate. All Sudd products should be free from defects or faults. If your Sudd product is defective or any products or accessories are faulty, we will happily replace it free of charge. Refunds will not be considered.
